January is my least favourite month. The sun doesn’t even climb high enough to reach us over Rombalds Moor. But in the garden there ARE a few signs of life… I found witch hazel and Forsythia flowers, and hazel catkins. It’s snowing now though!
It's wonderful to spot signs of life in the depths of January! We went to lunch with mum today, and she'd found a small posy of flowers to decorate the table - small promises of spring and warmer weather. x
